In memory of my uncle Jack McGrath who was at Dunkirk,d-day and the liberation of Belsen.
You must have seen your fair share of the sadness, I often wondered what that did to you and all those who fought and survived.
You guys really are the greatest generation.

Thanks for your service dad, miss you and love you millions.
No doubt you were there with the many to welcome Dame Vera lynn when she arrived in heaven.
