BuckleyFREDThe family are sorry to announce that Fred Buckley aged 98 years of Denton died peacefully at a Rest Home in Audenshaw on November 1st 2006. He leaves his Nephews Stuart and Derek, Nieces Bernice, Anne, Hazel, Audrey and their families. Fred will be re-united with his treasured sisters the late Alice & Doris, and his dear brothers the late Alfred, Walter and their families. During the second world war, Fred served in the Intelligence Corps in North Africa, Italy, Malta and Siciliy. He was a deputy Head Teacher in Manchester until his retirement in 1973. He will be sadly missed, as with his passing is the end of an are. Service and Interment to take place at Denton Cemetery on Thursday November 9th at 11am.
