Funeral service to be held at Canley Crematorium in the Cannon Hill Chapel on Friday 25th September 2026 at 12:45 pm. All welcome afterwards to The White Lion, Hawkes Mill Lane, Allesley, Coventry to share happy memories of Hazel.
