RonaldSCREECHWith deep sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved father, Ron Screech, on Monday 24th August 2026, at Nazareth House. He was 84 years old.

Ron passed away peacefully after a short illness, surrounded by his family.

His health declined following the loss of our dear Mum, and we are grateful for the precious final days we shared with him. He is now at peace, free from pain for the first time in many years.

Ron will be greatly missed by his children, grandchildren, sisters and all who knew him. His kindness, strength, and unwavering love will remain in our hearts forever.

A funeral service to celebrate his life will be held on Monday 14th September at 11.30am at The Park Crematorium, Plymouth, Ceremony Room Two.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Nazareth House may be left online at wcpltd.com/donate

Dear David and Karen, I am sorry to hear of your dad's passing. We have not met but I am staying at my Mums in Kingsbridge and have been studying the family tree all the way back from Arthur Walter Screech Sr. & Mary Lewis Bray ( our great great grandparents ). I have traced it all the way back to the 1500's and only this morning decided to follow up on the line from Albert Walter Screech who died in 1917 and am sad to see we missed our chance to know his grandson Ron. My mum Natasha ( daughter of Dulcie Screech) might be able to visit the his funeral and meet you but if not is it possible to find ways our family lines could meet up? If you email me I will send you are Devon line family tree. I'm on : granaryartsinfo@gmail.com Sending you and all the family lots of love , Kezia Hoffman ( 3rd cousin ) and mum Natasha Hoffman ( second cousin to Ron) Xxx
