LenREESRetired BR engine driver at Canton and steam railway preservation enthusiast Departed on 21st July aged 95, at College Fields Nursing Home, after a long illness. Len, formerly of Enfield Drive and Ridgeway Road in Barry, was the husband of the late Peg, father of Dave and the late Jill. Father-in-law of Gill and Robin and previously Luciano. Known as 'Nonno' to his grandchildren: Laura, Jenny, Alan, Owen, Rhys and the late Elena and great-grandchildren: Erin, Jack, Isobel, Joseph, Lucas, Rose, Arthur and Lenny. The Family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at College Fields for the care and affection they showed towards Len. A Humanist celebration of Len's life will take place at A G Adams Chapel of Rest on Wednesday 2nd August at 11am followed by Committal at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium. Family flowers only.
