Simon DavidHOWARDPeacefully at home on June 15th 2019 in the loving care of his family, Simon aged 52 years. Much loved husband of Annette, devoted dad of Amy and Emily, loving brother of Joe, nephew to Roger and Ruth and cousin to Steph, Jane and Claire. Simon will be sadly missed by his loving family and friends. A service of celebration for his life will be held on Friday, July 19th at St Michael & St Wulfad's Church, Stone at 1pm followed by interment in Stone Cemetery. Would relatives please accept this the only intimation and friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the church. Family and friends are welcome to wear something red or white to represent Simon's love of Stoke City FC. Stoke tops are welcome. Family flowers only, donations preferred to either Cancer Research or the Douglas Macmillan Nurses at Home in memory of Simon c/o the Funeral Director.
