EdithHAMMONDS(Lucy) Lucy fell asleep peacefully on 6th November 2016. Beloved wife of the late Charles. She will be deeply missed by her son Geoffrey and his wife Karen, Granddaughters Leonie and Toni, Great Grandchildren Lucy, Ross, Matthew and Ben, loving family and many friends. The service and cremation will take place at Woodlands Crematorium on Thursday 24th November at 2pm. Donations, if desired, to Motor Neurone Disease.
