What a wonderful tribute today's memorial service was. Nick had a very rewarding life and a lot of peoples lives are clearly the better for knowing him. With deepest sympathies to Wendy and Emma, Keith, Simon, Tim, William and their families. Matthew

Lots of memories of Nick at Westgate School and then at Lincoln Christ Hospital School. I was fortunate enough to meet him again later on in life and I will always remember his kindness and generosity of spirit.

This is so desperately sad. It was great to see Nick again a few years ago at a LCHS reunion and we had looked forward to doing it again. His charisma was as apparent as ever. I looked up to Nick as a kid - he was a terrific athlete. I enjoyed sharing emails with him earlier this year. My thoughts are with his family and friends.

A much loved and admired friend taken far too soon. I will never forgot the ferocious tackles he put in on the rugby field. A lovely man. God bless.
