Died peacefully on Thursday 27th August, aged 97 years. A devoted Wife of the late Herbert, loving Mam to Lois, Mother-in-Law to Ken, a Grandmother, Great Grandmother and dear friend to many.
Family and friends are invited to meet for the funeral service at International Harvest Church, Stanhope Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 5HJ (previously Bethshan Pentecostal Church) on Thursday 24th September at 10.45am. (refreshments will be served after the service) A private service of committal will be held at Houghton Cemetery.
Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to Hopespring, a charity close to the Mary's hearts. A donation box will be provided at the service.
By the family request, please wear a touch of orange/red where possible.
