StefanZATORSKIThe Family of the late Stefan, wish to thank most sincerely all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for kind expressions of sympathy and cards of condolence received in their sad bereavement. The attendance of so many at Stefan's Funeral Service was a great support to us all and much appreciated, as are the donations given for Kirkwood Hospice. Special thanks to the Meltham Group Surgery District Nurses, Doctor Jo Dent and the Doctors and Staff of Kirkwood Hospice for all their care, kindness and support, also to Rev John Capstick for his visit, kind words and comforting service.
