PatriciaYATESThe family of the late Patricia Yates wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent sad bereavement. Also for the many cards, flowers, letters of condolence and donations to The Children's Society. Thanks to the management and staff at Cherry Tree Lodge Nursing Home, Southport, doctors from Cumberland House Surgery, Dr. Hussain and the Community Mental Health Team for all the wonderful care and support given to Pat during her recent illness. Special thanks to the Revd. Canon Dr. Rod Garner for a comforting Service and to Moisters of Southport for the dignified Funeral arrangements and the staff of Southport Crematorium and Southport Old Links Golf Club.
