Much loved husband of Catrin, devoted dad of Daniel and Alex, father in law of Lisa and fun loving Bampi of Kristian and Annabelle. Loving son of Mary, and brother of Marian, Jeanie, Peter and Andrew. True friend of Freda and Eleri. Public funeral service on Saturday 5 January 2019 at the Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium, Cardiff at 11 a.m. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu would be appreciated for either RNLI Penarth or Believe Organ Donor Support c/o Green Willow Funerals , 21 A Station Road Dinas Powys CF64 4DE.

It was with considerable sadness that Linda & I learnt of Dave's sad & premature passing. In my practising days long ago, I well remember him as an old fashioned Prosecutor, whose attributes of competence & fairness were not always in abundance in the CPS in those days.
Our deepest sympathies to Catrin & family and apologies for our absence from the funeral, due to a prior engagement with the sun.
