Gwynne HarrisWOOLDRIDGEPeacefully on Sunday 29th October 2017 at Prince Philip Hospital, Gwynne of Berwick Road, Bynea, Llanelli. Beloved husband of Aelwen, devoted father of Ian and Jonathan, fond father in law of Shelly, cherished grandfather of Harrison and a dear brother of Owen and the late Elizabeth. Gwynne will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends. Funeral Monday 13th November, service at St. Michael and All Angel's Church, Dafen 2.00 p.m. followed by interment in the Churchyard. Family flowers only please but donations if desired in Gwynne's memory to Dafen Parish Church (cheques only please) will be gratefully accepted by Arthur Cambrey Funeral Directors, Alban Road, Llanelli, SA15 1ES, Tel: 01554 772829.

A great colleague


I have very fond memories of working with Gwynne at Penyrheol Comprehensive School in the 1990s. As a young teacher, the wise mentor provided me with superb advice as he did to those pupils he taught. He was ever willing to help those pupils who asked for help.
Fond memories of Gwynne will remain with me forever.
