Patricia AnnWOODMAN(Leverton Beck ) (known as Pat) Pat passed away peacefully in the City Hospital on 9th October, aged 82.

Loving mum to Tina and mamma to Emily and Thomas, she will be remembered and missed by all who knew her.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate Pat's life on Saturday 9th November in the communal lounge at Epperstone Court, West Bridgford NG2 7QR between 2pm and 5pm.
