Passed away peacefully in hospital, surrounded by her family.
She will be sorely missed by family and friends; her daughters Michelle and Lynette, granddaughter Tanya,
great-granddaughter Ashleigh, and great-grandson Jaydon.
Doreen was born in Jacksdale, later moved to Brinsley, Eastwood, and finally Higham.
Her funeral will take place on Wednesday 23rd September 2026, at 4pm
at Amber Valley Crematorium, Swanwick, DE55 1BH.
If desired, any flowers are welcomed or donations on the day to Cancer Research UK.
Attendees are warmly invited to also come with the family afterwards to The Greyhound, Higham for drinks and to share fond memories of Doreen.
