DaveWOOD(Beloved son of the late Edith and William Wood) Janet, Emma and Bill would like to take this opportunity of most sincerely thanking all relatives, friends and neighbours for all the many kind and considerate messages of sympathy, flowers, cards of condolence and donations to Parkinsons UK received following their recent sad loss of a much loved husband, dad and grandad. Our special thanks to the district nurses, all at Park Medical Centre, Leek and The Douglas Macmillan Hospice at Home staff for all their dedicated care and support shown to Dave during his illness. Our grateful thanks go to Michael and all the staff at S. Sigley & Sons for their compassion with the funeral arrangements and for their dignity and respect shown to Dave.
