RonaldWILSONIt is with great sadness that the family of the late Ronald Wilson "Ron" have asked us to announce his passing.
Sunrise: 8th July 1958 Sunset: 22nd November 2025 Aged: 67
Ron was a true genius, exceptionally clever and deeply intelligent. He worked for a Japanese IT company, a role that took him travelling across the world. Ron had a lifelong love of astronomy, maths, physics, and puzzles, and his inquisitive mind never rested.
One of five siblings, Ron lived with his beloved mum Doreen following the passing of his dad John, and family meant everything to him. He also had a special love for Christmas, a time he truly cherished.
Ron is currently resting at Butterflies Rising Funeral Care, 37-39 Mill Lane, West Derby, L12 7HY.
Ahead of his final farewell journey, which will take place on Thursday 18th December 2025 at 11:30am, a service will be held at St Helens Crematorium, Rainford Road, WA10 6DF.
The family have kindly requested family flowers only, with donations in Ron's memory to the British Heart Foundation.
