Maureen TeresaWILSONMrs Maureen Wilson peacefully passed away on Wednesday, 20 May 2020, at The Royal Blackburn Hospital, After a battle Bravely fought aged 76 years. Surrounded by her 3 daughters and granddaughter Alex. The dearly beloved wife of the late Harold. A much loved mum to Shirley, Michelle, Marie and the late Mark. A much loved grandma and great grandma to many. Maureen was originally from Donegal, Ireland. She never forgot her roots and her love for Donegal never faded. She would visit her family in Donegal every year with her late husband Harold. Maureen worked for many companies in Accrington. these included Ewbank, TML Plastics, The Brushworks, Pennine Leisure, XL Crisps, and finally did voluntary work for the East Lancs Hospice shop on peel street Accrington. She will be sadly missed by her family and many friends. Due to the current restrictions there will be a private family service at Accrington Crematorium, Burnley road.3rd June 13:00pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired to the East Lancs Hospice.
