Dearly loved husband of Lilian, loving father of Linda, a dear grandad of Elizabeth and Charlie and great-grandad of Chloe.A good friend to many, who will be sadly missed by all, passed away peacefully at Tynefield Court on Wednesday November 21st 2001, aged 78 years. Jack's funeral service will be held at St. Helen's Church, Etwall on Wednesday November 28th at 10:30 am, followed by cremation at Markeaton Crematorium.
