BrianWILDISHand Irene wish to send their sincere thanks to all staff of Ward 1, HDU and in particular the anaesthetists and the staff of ITU Perth Royal Infirmary for the outstanding care, compassion and dignity shown to our daughter Karen and ourselves at this very difficult time; we also wish to thank all our friends, neighbours and family for the support and love that helped ease our sorrow and gave us great comfort before and during Karen's passing. A very special thank you to Helen Russell for the help, understanding and compassion shown to us whilst arranging Karen's funeral and to the Rev Bruce Thomson for the beautiful funeral service. Our heartfelt love goes to our grandchildren Shaun and Rachel at the loss of the mum they loved so much, may they find peace in the knowledge of our love.
