Funeral will take place on 28th September at Chanterlands Avenue Crematorium at 1.30pm,
we will be leaving his family's home address at 12.45pm.
Dress code smart casual, Hull City, Leeds or Rovers shirts welcome.

Family flowers only please, collection plate to family's chosen charities.
