EdwinWELSHMANJames Passed away in Park View Care Home, Gloucester, on October 11th, aged 94. Dearly loved by his wife Barbara, son Roger and daughter-in-law Yasmin. "Eddie" owned the newsagency near Spa lights/Southgate Street for 35 years until retiring in 1987. He was a founder member of the "Newsboys" skittle team. Funeral service at Gloucester Crematorium on Thursday 26th October at 1:30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, for Cancer Research UK may be left in the collection on the day of the funeral or sent c/o Ernest Cocks & Sons, 47 Seymour Road, Gloucester. GL1 5PS.

Remembering Eddie on this day, Lovely thoughts of times at the Wednesday Club Glos RAFA .Especially when he played the part of a Policeman in one of our Christmas plays His rendering of his HO HO Ho what's going on here. and the laughs he got for that part. will never be forgotten. .Happy memories of Eddie Rest in Peace. from Joan and Derrick.
