WELLSOf Swanwick, passed away peacefully on March 2nd 2001 aged 65. A beloved husband, father and grandfather. Funeral service on Friday March 9th, 12.15pm at Markeaton Crematorium. Family flowers only please, but any donations in lieu to The Radiotherapy Trust Fund, Derbyshire Royal Infirmary.The family would like to thank staff on Ward 17 at Derbyshire Royal Infirmary for their care and support.Any further enquiries to A.
