Jacqueline MariaWELCHJacqueline Maria Welch passed away peacefully on Monday April 13th at home surrounded by her family.

Jacqueline (Jackie), beloved Mum of Nathan and Mother in Law of Nicola and devoted Nanny to Lydia, Sophie, Alice and Emmeline. Sadly missed by her family and friends.

Resting at Coles Funeral Home Llandaff until the service on Tuesday April 28th at 09:30 at Thornhill Crematorium (Wenallt Chapel).

Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, can be made to City Hospice, Whitchurch Hospital Park Road, Cardiff CF14 7BF or Marie Curie Hospice One Embassy Gardens, 8 Viaduct Gardens, London SW11 7BW, in memory of Jacqueline.

Friends and well wishers are invited to join the family for light refreshments from 12pm at the Old Cottage, Lisvane, Cherry Orchard Rd, Cardiff, CF14 0UE
