DavidWEBBOn 8th August 2021, suddenly at his home, David, aged 77 years. The much loved husband of Lynne, dearly loved dad of Sarah, Leanne, Shane and Julian, a loving grandad, great-grandad and a good friend to many, who will be greatly missed. A celebration of David's life will take place at Huddersfield Crematorium on Monday 13th September at 12.15pm. Family flowers only please, but donations would be greatly appreciated for the Dogs Trust for which a plate will be availabe at the service. Will friends please accept this intimation and kindly meet at the crematorium. At the family's request casual clothing may be worn. All enquiries to Springhead Funeral Services, Tel: 01422 327382.

Dave was a consistent presence in my childhood with aunty lynne, Julian, Shane and little Leanne. Only happy memories connected with him and my late dad... Them both dressed as woman for charity football matches in particular.

I will always have the best memories of Dave, he was a lovely gentleman. Lynne I wish I could make this easier for you x
And for those lucky enough to call him Dad always remember the good times, it never stops hurting but it does get a little easier.
