FrankWATTSFrank passed away in September 2020, aged 80. Frank was born in South Reddish to Edna and Charles Watts, brother to Amy and Barbara, and beloved partner to Marcel. After moving to Canada in 1963, Frank settled and made many friends. He lived life to the full, enjoying travelling and the creative arts. He was generous, outgoing and fun to be with. He is dearly missed by family and friends. Memorial Service to take place in Toronto, Canada.
