DonaldWATSON(Don) The late Donald Watson (Don), Meadow House Park, Spurstow Cheshire, passed away on the 10th November 2012 aged 83 years, peacefully at home after a short illness. Sue and the family would like to thank friends and neighbours for all their kindness and support over the past few weeks. We would like to thank all the staff at Bunbury Medical Practice, the District Nurses, Leighton Hospital, in particular Ward 1 where Don was treated with care, consideration and respect by all he came into contact with. The Rev Tim Hayward for his pastoral care and the moving service of celebration at Blacon Crematorium on November 22nd 2012. Chief Superintendent Tim Jackson, Cheshire Constabulary, for his reading and arranging for police dog handler Ian Burndred and his dog Ozzie to be in attendance. Special thanks to Sharon McTasney, funeral director and staff of the Co-Operative Funeralcare, Crewe for the sensitive and professional way they took care of our arrangements. Many thanks for the donations received for Ward 1, Leighton Hospital, Crewe, The Retired Cheshire Police Dog Benevolent Fund, together with Cancer Research, in memory of Don.
