Katie LouiseWATSONSadly on 26th November 2025, whilst in the dedicated care of Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby, Katie aged 45 years passed peacefully away with her family by her side.

The cherished daughter of Jennifer and Paul, beloved mum of Isabella, dearly loved sister of Gemma, loving auntie of Madison, a much loved niece to all of her aunts and uncles and a special sister-in-law of Darren.
Katie will be sadly missed by all of her friends and neighbours.

A service to celebrate Katie's life will take place at Grimsby Crematorium on Friday 9th January 2026, at 1.30pm.

Mourners are invited to wear casual attire.

Family flowers only please, by request. Donations to benefit 'Sunflowers Children's Action Group' will be gratefully received at Mashfords Funeral Service, Norfolk Lane, Cleethorpes DN35 8BB.

I had the pleasure of working with you at Lisle, but always considered you a friend as well as a colleague. We would have such fun on courses together and always felt supported by you in our ‘Lol’ meetings. I will miss your warmth, kindness and that smile. I hope you’re at peace now and I’m sorry I couldn’t be there today but you will forever be remembered ‘lovely lady’ which you’d always message me with. Lots of love to Bella and your family xxx
