MichaelWALLACEF Wallace - Mike's family would like to thank everyone who joined them in the celebration of his life on Friday 4th March. There were so many people in Mike's life to whom we were and are indebted, the NHS, Raigmore NHS staff, clinical and non-clinical, Cairn Medical Practice who all played such an important role over the years and the Kidney Transplant team of Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. To family members and friends through the years with very special thanks to our close friend Una who enabled us to celebrate his life so well. Thanks also to those who sent cards/flowers, all expressing a common theme, his unique brand of humour and zest for life. To everyone who so generously donated, monies received will be given to Raigmore Renal Unit Endowment Fund to help others. To D. Chisholm & Sons, Funeral Directors, particularly to David Anderson and his assistants, who provided considered care to us and to the Waterside Hotel for the catering arrangements. Finally Mike himself for his love of life, his amazing resilience and the love he had for his family.
