Nan, thank you for everything you’ve done for me and for being there for me my whole life. You were constantly there for me, through the good times and the bad, always giving advice with an abundance of love and support. The memories I have of us are vast. From going everywhere with you as a little girl, to staying with you every weekend. All the shopping trips and meals out and all the holidays we had. We had so many laughs didn’t we, Nan? I’d see you most days or we’d chat for ages on the phone. You’d come and stay with me for weeks on end and I adored your company. Your sassy wit making me giggle constantly.
You’d always worry about me: had I taken my medication? Was I attending my hospital appointments? As your first grandchild, our bond was unbreakable and I’ll cherish that forever.
I will love and miss you forever, my gorgeous little Nan.
It feels surreal knowing you are gone. I can’t comprehend life going on without you but I know you are back in the arms of my lovely Mum, your Tina. So now it’s time to rest. Your work here is done and you don’t need to worry about us anymore (I promise I’ll take my medication!). Fly high with the angels you amazing, one-of-a-kind little woman. All my love always, your Vicki (Dimples) xxxxxx

Oh Nan it doesn’t feel real the idea of you being gone, I keep hearing the shuffling of your tiny feet and all your little funny saying’s. You really were our whole world, our constant and our safe place - the best grandparent anyone could ask for. Thank you for being you, hilariously funny, fierce, strong, loving and kind. I feel so lucky to have been blessed with you and had the opportunity to go to so many amazing places with my little nan. Now it’s finally time for you to rest and be reunited with Craig, baby Ada and my mum, Tina. I’ll forever cherish my memories with you and hold them tightly in my heart. Love you always- (naughty number 2.). Your Lea xx
