Hey Bambam,
Grayson here. It’s been a couple of years now. I started high school 2 years ago as well — you’d be proud of me.
Here are some of my favourite memories with you:
You’d finish a painting, put it upside down, and say to me, “Oh no, I painted it upside down.”
I was really into Spider-Man, so you googled Spider-Man and drew a picture of him for me. I still have it.
Going down to the post office and sending one of your paintings away — every single time I went, I got a small toy from the shelf there. I still have two of them.
Even though I was young when you passed and I don’t have many memories, one thing I do remember is that you were an amazing person. I never got to give you a final goodbye, so here it is:
Goodbye, Bambam. Love you, and I miss you every minute you’re not here. 🫂
One last thing — I have a quote for you:
“A man dies twice: once when he passes away, and once more when his name is whispered for the last time.”
So rest well, Bambam. I won’t let this be the last time your name is said.
Gary Wakeham, we all miss you.
