Malcolm DouglasWAITEIt is with great sadness to announce that Mac, aged 90 years,
passed away peacefully on Thursday, 10th July 2025 whilst in the
tender care of St. Andrew’s Hospice.
A much-loved husband to the late Susan Waite, a loving father to Julian and James,
admired and respected father-in-law to Maricel and Helen,
adored grandpa to Ben, Molly, Chloe and Joshua and
adoring great grandpa to Ruby, Nancy and Winnie.
Mac was a keen golfer, had a passion for music and loved to travel far and wide.
He was a caring and invaluable friend to many who will be deeply missed by those who knew him.
A celebration of Mac’s life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on
Monday, 4th August 2025 at 10:30am.
By request, family flowers only but donations in memory of Mac can
be made to the local Macmillan Nurses c/o
St Andrews Hospice, Grimsby.
A donation box will also be available on the day.
