RobertVINKOf Swineshead, passed away in Pilgrim Hospital, Boston on Thursday 3rd October, aged 72 years. Lifelong companion of Michael. Brother of Stephan and Deborah. Funeral Mass to be held at Our Lady of Good Counsel R.C. Church, Sleaford, on Monday 28th October at 10.15am, followed by burial at Sleaford Cemetery. No flowers by request please. I knew Robert at Penarth Grammar School in the nineteen sixties.
He was a very kind and popular pupil.
Being scholarly and erudite boy it was no surprise that he became a librarian.

We were so very sorry to hear about Robert.
I have such happy and fond memories of him in school. His contributions in classes were invaluable.
We were so pleased that Rob joined our School Reunion group and his posts were always interesting, informative and often funny.
Rob was a kind, thoughtful and sensitive person who will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
My sincere condolences.

Feeling so fortunate that we were eventually able to link up with Robert after so many years. It was good to know more of his life after leaving school and share memories with other school friends. Fond memories and interesting times. You are missed Robert, gone too soon. RIP.
