MichaelVINESMichael, of Gorsey Clough Nursing Home/previously Waingate Close, passed away on June 2 at Gorsey Clough Nursing Home, where he received amazing care, aged 72 years.

Michael was a true salesman, he had various businesses selling glue, footwear and water coolers.
He then came back out of retirement to sell houses, working as a viewer for Keenans Estate Agents for four years before retiring for a second time at 65.
Michael's favourite thing to do was to talk to people, whether he knew them or not. He was often telling a story/making friends on Bank Street and Rawtenstall Market.

Michael leaves behind his two daughters Anneka and Ailsa, grandson Theo (two and a half) and younger brother Tim and sister-in-law Debbie, and nephews Barney and Josh.

A service will be held at Burnley Crematorium on Tuesday, June 16 at 11.30am, followed by a wake at Northern Whisper.
