AlanVERNONPeacefully, on the 11th July 2023 whilst in Dove House surrounded by his family, Alan, aged 71 years, passed away. Dearly loved and loving husband of Maureen; cherished Dad of Adam, Lorna, and Luke; In-laws Terese and Holly; beloved Grandad of Shay, Silas, Aila, Una and Cleo. The funeral service will take place on Friday 21st July, in Hull. Alan was a huge rugby fan and requested those attending to wear team colours and bright outfits in his memory- no "Stuffy" suits. No flowers by family request. Donations, if desired, to Dove House Hospice, which provided the best possible care for Alan and his family, a collection plate will be available at the service. Raise a glass to the memories of Alan, who will never be forgotten. Rest in peace.
