Dorothy PatriciaTURNER(Pat) Jacqueline and Phillip wish to extend their most sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and beautiful floral tributes received during the sad loss of their dearly, much loved Mum.
