Ernest WilliamTURNER(Bill) Sadly on the 20th March 2019, Bill passed away at home aged 94 years. Devoted Husband of Norah, loving Dad of David and Gill, father-in-law to John and Radmila. Much loved Grandad to Andrew, David, Alison, Philip, Cristal and Christian and Great Grandad to Olivia, Noah, Joshua and Luke. A private family committal service to be held at Woodlands Crematorium on Wednesday 10th April followed by a service of Thanksgiving at Ashby Wesley Methodist Church at 1:45pm for friends and family. Mr Turner was one of those great teachers that inspired me to follow in his footsteps into a brilliant profession. He cared about his students, gave them his time and got to know us all. His love of English, books and reading was passed on to so many of us. Mr Turner went beyond the job, because of this we loved, respected him, and enjoyed his dry humour. R.I.P Sir.
