KathleenTOMKINSPassed away peacefully on the 21st of October 2025, at Glan Clwyd Hospital, aged 84 years.
A cherished Mum and Grandmother.
Kathleen will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral service to be held on Friday 14th November at Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium, at 1:00pm.
Family flowers only please, but if desired donations in memory of Kathleen will be gratefully accepted for RNIB - Royal National Institute of Blind People.
