TOM SUTTONSUTTON On behalf of herself, the family and extended family of Tom, Kath sincerely thanks all the wonderful friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy and condolences at this sad time of loss and the many beautiful cards and letters received. Heartfelt thanks also to Sister Myrtle Poxon, Dr. Paul Blackham and all who took part or made possible the lovely Service of Thanksgiving at Ingol Methodist Church. With special thanks to Simon, Matthew and Ashley and the men who sang, also to Dorothy Crook for the lovely flower arrangements in Church. To the doctors, staff and Chaplains of Royal Preston Hospital, especially Ward 24, and the Emergency and Assessment Wards on Tom's last day - a heartfelt thank you. Special thanks to Beryl and her helpers for providing so well and so beautifully with the abundant refreshments and to Martin's, the Funeral Directors for the very kind and dignified Funeral arrangements.
