DenisTHOMPSONIt is with great sadness that the family announce that Denis passed away peacefully, whilst in the care
of Scunthorpe Hospital on 31st August 2026, aged 80 years.
Beloved husband of Brenda, much loved dad of Lee and Joanne, special grandad of Thomas and a dear brother, neighbour and friend to many. Denis will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
A service to celebrate Denis's life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on 24th September at 1.30pm.
By request family flowers only but if so desired donations in Denis's memory may be given to Cancer Research UK or Grimsby Salvation Army. There will also be a donation box in the gardens of remembrance following the service.
