TerryTHOMASBeloved husband of Cherry and dad of Andrew, Terry passed away suddenly on 8 February following a massive aortic aneurysm.
Born Terence William Thomas, he spent his early years in a war-torn London before moving to Guildford and years later to Nailsea, near Bristol. There, his next-door neighbour introduced him to Cherry, and six months later, they were married. Five years on, they moved to Lincolnshire to take over the Post Office and Village Store in Bicker, and once they retired, they both took up bowls, going on to be successful county players, remembered and missed by many.
Resilient and caring to the last, you were always there for us, but Mum's passing stole your smile, and although I will always miss you, Dad, I take comfort from the fact that you're now back with your soulmate and will be for all eternity xx
Funeral 2:30, 7 March, Weston super Mare Crematorium. Donations to the British Heart Foundation
