TERRYPassed away on December 13th 2000 at home. A much loved husband of Hazel, loving father to Roger and Graham and a loving grandfather to Caroline, Vicky, Christopher, Daniel and Abigail. Funeral Friday December 22nd, service in St. Anne's Church, Derby at 11am, followed by cremation at Markeaton Crematorium.
