Patrick JohnSTOKLEYPat Peacefully on Wednesday 23rd December 2020 at Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli, Pat aged 61 years of Furnace Road, Burry Port sadly passed away. Beloved and adored husband and soulmate of Janet, loving and devoted father of Sarah, very proud grandad of Shannon and Jack, dearest brother of Barry, Janet and Billy. Sadly missed by all his family and his magnificent friends. 'The funeral service will be private but Janet and her family would like to thank everyone for the wonderful expressions of love and sympathy that they have received following their very sad loss.' Family flowers only please but donations in Pat's memory if desired to the Cardiac Ward, Prince Philip Hospital c/o Funeral Director Ian M Smith of Autumn Leaf Independent Family Funeral Directors The Old Vestry Tabernacle, Seaview Terrace, Burry Port, Carms, SA16 0EN. Pat my wonderful husband would be overwhelmed by the deep felt messages that we have received. He'd have wanted to hug you all and say everything is going to be OK. He had such a positive outlook on life which I'm sure he's wishing on everyone now during these difficult times. Love to everyone🌹
