JackSPRAGUEJanuary 3, 2009 Jack passed peacefully with Evelyn by his side, in his 84th year, at St Joseph's Hospice, Ince Woods, Thornton. Jack remained a beloved and devoted husband to Evelyn for the past 54 years. Loving father to Alison and Brian and grandfather to George, Oliver, Sarah and Sophie. Our thanks and appreciation to the carers of St Joseph's Hospice for their dedicated care of Jack over the past 2 weeks. Jack will be missed by his family, friends and fellow sailors from Blundellsands SC and Liverpool YC. Service and cremation will take place at Thornton Crematorium on Tuesday 13th January at 12.30 p.m. We request no flowers but donations to St Joseph's Hospice. (Rest in peace Jack, we love you.)
