JackSPENCERSPENCER - JACK. Pat would like to express her heartfelt thanks to Family and Friends old and new and Neighbours for the support, messages of sympathy, mass cards and generous donations to Woodlands Hospice. Special thanks to Niece Susan for her help and support. Grateful thanks also to Gillian from the MacMillan Nurses, to the day and night District Nurses and to the Night Carers Louise and Matthew for their kindness and attention during Jack's illness. Special thanks to Pastor Dave Willis, Baptist Church, Orrell Park and to Alan and Alex for making the service to celebrate Jack's life so special. Sincere thanks to all who attended the service and to Co-Operative Funeral Services for the dignified attention. It was a great comfort to know that Jack was loved and respected by so many.
