RexSPARKSIt is with a heavy heart we share the sad news of the passing of our beloved Rex, on Thursday 6th August 2026, aged 75 years.

A loving husband to Wendy, a cherished father to Tammy and Kim and a dear step-father to Melissa. A much-loved grandfather to Chloe, Connor, Olivia, Lillie, Megan and a great-grandfather to Noah.

Known widely as the life and soul of every party, his rubbish sense of humour will stay with us, and he will be dearly loved, missed and remembered forever.
A private cremation is to take place, but a celebration of Rex's life will take place at The Lawyer, Oswald Road, Scunthorpe on Friday 4th September, 4pm onwards.

All enquiries to Kettle of Scunthorpe Funeral Directors, 15 Doncaster Road, Scunthorpe, DN15 7RA. Tel: 01724 280808
