BridieSMYTHIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bridie on Friday 20th June, aged 102 years. Bridie passed away peacefully in the loving care of the staff on Frailty ward at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.
A much-loved Wife of the late Peter. Dear Mum to Monica and Deirdre. Nana B to Christopher and James and the boys fiancées Julianna and Abi. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, including Nieces and Nephews and the very many friends and family in England and Ireland.
A Funeral Mass to celebrate Bridie's life will be held at St Peter's Roman Catholic Church, London Road on Tuesday 22nd July at 10 am, followed by Cremation at Gloucester Crematorium at 11:30 am. Bridie will be received into church on Monday 21st July at 4 pm. Friends and Family are welcome to attend.
Family flowers only please, donations in Bridie's memory are welcomed for the Priest Retirement Fund.
