JohnSMITHPeacefully on Friday 1st April at the RSUH after a short illness and in the presence of his loving family, John aged 78 years of Leek. Dearly loved husband of Gwyneth, much loved dad of Jayne and Chris, treasured grandad of Callum, Ruby and Poppy, a dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. Funeral service to take place on Thursday 21st April at St. Luke's Church, Leek at 11.00am followed by interment at Leek Cemetery. Mourning clothes are optional. Would friends kindly meet at the church. Family flowers only please, donations may be sent to The Salvation Army. Further inquiries to :- David H.
