Alan FrederickSMITHOn Wednesday 11th December 2019, peacefully in hospital, Alan aged 79 years. Alan will be missed greatly by his devoted carers and many friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at 11.20 a.m. on Wednesday 22nd January 2020 at Macclesfield Crematorium. Flowers are welcome and donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of the Respiratory Ward at Macclesfield District General Hospital.
