Brian FrederickSMITHPassed away peacefully on 26th March 2017. He leaves a big hole in our lives and will be truly missed by his wife Annette and daughter's Neisha and Danielle, and partners Patrick and Robert. Funeral Service at Breakspear Crematorium 3.15pm Monday 10th April. Donations to local stroke charities on the day.
